I only have one. A folding buck alpha hunter with gut hook. Usually used my brother's fixed blade omni hunter though

Your knife of choice looks an awful lot like a knife made by Schrade MANY years ago called the "Sharp Finger." The Schrade version was one of the first skinning knives I owned.
I'll cast a vote now for one of my favorite deer skinning knives. It's a custom knife given to me as a gift from my wife. Not only is it an excellent knife, but it's obviously very special, as well. I've been having problems posting pics. Hope this goes well. :-)

I was in Sitka a little over a month ago, neat little town. Winter is too mild though.
Ulu's make really good skinning knives but most folks use them today for decorative purposes rather than functional tools.
