I saw this mentioned in a thread a few weeks ago, and bought it. Finally got around to watching it a couple nights ago, and I really liked it a lot.
Some of you may remember me recommending Cube in threads around here. Well Exam is in the same vein as Cube basically. It's a fairly cheaply-made movie with a cool concept and interesting plot. I've taken a spoiler-free excerpt from the Plot Synopsis on Wiki to sort of explain/set up the movie.
The rest of the movie is basically the candidates trying to figure out what is going on and if things are as they seem. It's a really cool mystery/thriller kind of film from start to finish. It requires some suspension of belief, but all in all, I really like it a lot and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is a fan of movies like those.
Anybody seen it?

The film is set in present-time United Kingdom in an alternate history, where a disease called The Virus has made a large part of the population dependent on medication that must be taken every few hours to prevent falling into a coma followed by death. Most of the film takes place in a single room, where eight candidates take an exam for an important job as the Personal Assistant to the CEO of a mysterious bio-tech company that is said to work on a cure for The Virus.
The Invigilator, a representative of the company, explains that the exam takes 80 minutes and consists of one question only, and that there are three rules: do not talk to the Invigilator or the armed guard at the door, do not spoil the paper, and do not leave the room. Not obeying the rules will result in disqualification. After the clock starts, it turns out that the question papers are blank.

Saw it a while back. I figured out the ending at the beginning, but I still enjoyed it. Cool concept and generally not done poorly.

I enjoy movies along the lines of the Exam. Any other suggestions? I have already watched Cube.

I've actually watched it twice. Saw it a long time ago and then watched it again recently.
Big fan of movies like this one. Enjoyed it a lot.

I stumbled across it randomly on Netflix one day and decided to give it a shot. Really liked it a lot. Thought about buying the DVD. The suspense they build inside that one room is really well done. It doesn't ever meander or get boring.

Movies like this one are the reason I dont watch random movies on Netflix anymore. I just remember it being predictable and poorly done.
