If he were to do so it would mean admitted guilt and, therefore, there would have to be a whole lot more to make up for.

If we had a top 5-10 pick he would have to consider giving it back. Obviously the punishment handed down has been harsh enough. What other reason would he have?

not really...he already left it open that he would possibly give it back when Payton was suspended (if the organization cooperated). If we really suck this year he will give it back for sure. Public opinion has swayed significantly against him and he's being bashed for a lot of shite right now. It would be good PR for him IMO and he will do it.
