You get one armchair coach call this week. What is it?

Mine-

More rotation at DE. The need for stronger pass rush has been well defined. Will Smith is looking at the downside of his career and Jordan was never MOed as a speed rusher. Our young hope for pressure is Galette and Tez Wilson. Galette had 13 snaps and Wilson only 1. Smith & Jordan had 60 & 76. #93 & 95 need to have significantly more opportunity IMO. Some Jordan & Smith to DT sounded like a great idea too.

Get Roman Harper back closer to the line of scrimmage.

What in the world is he doing playing a FS role when he's much more effective playing closer in the box?

I wanted to add this into the DL mix above but did say just one call. Hope to see him sooner rather than later. Call it stage center though

Is it just me but I think Pierre Thomas can be the best RB in the league but THEY WILL NOT GIVE HIM THE BALL!!!

Plus we need a spark besides Graham in the passing game...AA make your mark

They've already paid him over $7mil in bonuses this year and his 2013 salary is $9mil. He's averaged 7 sacks the past 5 years. Who ya think ya might get for that? Little to no trade value.

Had to have the FG no matter what. If you screw up and get no points, game over.

One call for this week, eh?

Well, we're playing Carolina, which means CAM. They're also getting Stewart back.

They faced a lot of 8 in the box last week, which is why they're ground game was nonexistent. You can bet that they're focused on running this week.

So I'd follow your example and use more rotation on the DL.

RUN THE BALL!! we gave up a lot to get Ingram, CSP said last year that the only reason Ingram was not the rookie of the year, is becasue CSP didn't get him the ball enough. Trade thomas, get some help on D, feed Ingram and let Ivory spell him as needed. We are loaded at RB, but painfull thin at DB. ofcourse thanks to rodger we don't know who is in the front office to pull a deal off.

ya know someone would take him cuz he's at minimum vet salary and could be cut next year pretty painlessly. It wouldn't make sense though for what they already paid him this year. For the season rental ya prolly would be lucky to get more than a late round pick. We're all in with him. It'ss his final year here or will have a major renegotiated deal. I'm guessing him to the Bills next year.

I understand the rationale, and I'm not even saying it was the wrong call in most cases. But our offense kept getting pushed back from penalties. It was more likely we would get in FG range than the red zone. I'm just sayin'...Sean would have gone for it.
