TV status for Idaho (TigerVision/ESPN3) & Details on WatchESPN

In the state of Louisiana it can be seen on pay per view on Tigervision
In the states outside of Louisiana, it can be seen on ESPN Gameplan, or ESPN3 for those who have WatchESPN
For those wondering, Towson game on September 29, WILL NOT be on TigerVision, LSU is only allowed one Pay Per View game per year, and that has been used for LSU/Idaho this weekend.
Live streams of all the WatchESPN Networks are available at no additional cost to fans who receive ESPN as part of their TV subscription from Bright House Networks, Comcast, Time Warner Cable, and Verizon FiOS TV.
Access to live programming on the ESPN3 channel of WatchESPN.com is available at no additional cost to fans with subscriptions to participating high speed internet service providers. Click WatchESPN Providers to view a complete list of participating providers.
To start watching:
Download the WatchESPN app on the App Store or Google Play or visit WatchESPN.com.
Select your TV provider when prompted.
Enter your TV subscription username and password.

How does this work with Xbox Live? Does having WatchESPN with your cable provider matter?

WATCHESPN requires Comcast, Brighthouse, Verizon FIOS, and some internet providers only.

Thanks for the update OP. I was wondering about it. I might just put the 'ole radio on 98.1 while watching whoever on TV.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter about your cable provider for xbox live

The ESPN app on Xbox like is ESPN 3 only. WatchESPN is separate from that and can't be viewed on Xbox.

bump for the morning crew, and for those that ask the TV questions often :)

Hmmm. Would rather watch this on my TV, but looks like I'll be streaming it.
sigh
ETA: I will say that the main difference I see is that I'm paying for XBL, so I would almost think that WatchESPN would be included. Hope I'm right.

I just got Direct TV. If I have all the ESPN gameplan games, I should be able to watch it, right?
Satellite doesn't have blackouts, does it?
Notwithstanding bad weather

Towson will be on cable TV, or not on TV at all, PPV is not an option, regardless of Jim Carrey saying "so you're saying there's a chanceeeeeeee"
Posted on 9/10/12 at 12:17 pm to LSUBaseballGod82
and i think no tv at all is a legit possibility. sure hope not.

I think this is going to be the case.
Now the no PPV rule does that apply to online as well? A few years back I remember the played Northwestern St maybe and it was like 30 bucks to watch it on the Geaux Zone. IIRC it wasn't on regular cable or PPV cable either.
