Was Hicks a healthy scratch today? I'd like to see him and Bunkley get some reps next to each other.

FACE IT, WE HAVE NO TALENT ON DEFENSE!!!!! NOBODY ON DEFENSE SCARES THE OPPOSING TEAM!!!!! It doesn't matter who is coaching the DEFENSE, its the lack of talent.

Sad but true. While Greer is talented, the rest of the D is severly lacking. Ill give Lofton a pass since it was his first real game here but the other vets have been terrible for a while now.

Tank the year, trade Ingram for a top 5 pick, draft Montgomery and Mingo.

Am I doing it right?

If you think Cam Jordan had a bad game, you are retarded. So he's not an explosive pass rusher. Who the hell cares? He sets the edge, maintains his gap, and creates pressure every now and then.

Draft nothing but D and sign significant D FAs this offseason. Cut slow-fat-arse Smith because he's lost the little he ever had. Cut Ellis because he never had. Cut Harper because he is Harper. That would clear some cap space too.

Ellis has pretty much always been mediocre to worthless

Smith is way past his prime and will probably be cut this year

Jordan was never a pass rusher coming out of college and it still baffles me why we drafted him in the first

Might be time to switch to 3-4 D this off season. Seems most top Ds are all 3-4 these days.

Jordan actually shows progression but I don't think he'll ever be a pass rushing DE. He'd probably be a stud in 3-4.

Saints put too much weight into that NFL bloodlines bullshite. Ingram, Jordan, and Toon all have bloodlines in the NFL.

Jordan needs more time, he played okay. Smith was a good pass rusher for one season, and is much better against the run. Ellis....bout the same as smith.

He had 11 tackles and was deliberatley not pushing too far into the backfield in an effort to contain RG3 from moving up into the pocket. Cam played well yesterday. He actually DID his job.

First of all, I'm allowed to watch multiple teams. Second of all you said he's consistently under performing which is not true at all.

Yeah Jordan actually had a pretty nice game. I think we could have used Wilson a lot more to keep up with those rollouts

The problem with Wilson is he can't hold up against the run. Third and long will be his domain until he's seasoned enough the deal with the run.

Jordan wasn't that bad... Ellis has never and will never be a sack producer..... so anyone thinking he's going to just post double digit sack totals is smoking rope.... Smith, unless it's a contract year, doesn't produce like he should.... he has gotten better vs. the run, but we pay him like a premier DE, and if you pay him like a premier DE, he better perform like a premier DE, which he isn't....

I agree.

don't worry his suspension goes in to effect soon enough. Seems like we've said this before starcaps
