This is the most civil WO thread ever. 
And I don't like the term "front of the house" either. I don't care that is what they call it in the industry.
For that matter, I hate the term "industry" when referring to a restaurant.

Look around the country and count the number of restaurants out there. If the masses of people employed by restaurants doesn't constitute an industry(must include the auxiallary businesses Re vendors of beer, liqour, and produce) then no other business is an industry at all.

It took that long to get food out of their freezer and put it in a deep fryer and/or microwave?
