Thinking about taking the wife to New orleans in November for 4 days. I want to do the food experience. Looking for oysters and escargot. Give me 4 restaurants for the 4 nights.

Arnaud's for both oysters and escargot. Oysters Arnaud app is one of each of their topped oysters. Delicious. It's a great place for brunch on Sunday if you'll be there on a Sunday. Coats are not required.
Galatoire's is also a good place for escargot and rockefeller and en brochette oysters. Coats required at night.
For on the half shell and great fried oysters, grab lunch at Casamento's. The chargrilled oysters are pretty good there, also.
May not have your two requirements, but Gautreau's is a fine dining experience.

Antoine's does an Oysters 3 ways(bienville, thermador, and of course rockefeller) and they have great snails as well cooked a couple different ways.
Chateau du Lac(in old metairie but worth it) for fantastic snails
Drago's at the Hilton Riverside for Chargrilled oysters no snails there

Galatoire's
Lilette
Boucherie
Herbsaint
As good as any. Could throw in August or Gautreaux's if you choose.
