That is incorrect. They have a mandatory evacuation for Kentwood, Tangiophoa, Roseland, Amite, Independence, Loranger, and Robert. All areas along the Tangipohoa river. A mile on each side of the river.

That lake's not that big. How could a dam failure possibly affect that large a swath of the state?
