We lost power a little after 9am(Demco) and every couple of hours it tries to come back on. Still a lot of strong winds and rain over here. I'm ready for this shite to be over

The wind was originally from the east, as of about 2 hours ago it shifted to the southeast and blowing up the Diversion. We are probably seeing 30-40 mph winds and the water in the Diversion is us about 1.5' since this morning...

Demco is impressing the hell out out of me. lights have flickered a few times but we're good for now. Normally the electricity here goes out when there is a light wind/rain. However, I do have a book handy to read when the inevitable happens.
On a side note: we don't close on our new house until next month and I'm nervous as hell wondering how it's fairing right now. Could care less about where I'm staying right now.
