I maintain the pod race sequence from Episode I is one of the coolest things every put to film. Would love to watch that 10 minutes in an IMAX with volume up to 11. Same could be said of the freeway chase sequence from Reloaded.

Saw Avatar 3 times in IMAX and loved every second of it - as others have said the "experience" just doesn't carry over to the small screen, though I can still watch it all the way through about once a year. Enjoy all 3 Transformers while being fully aware of how terrible the plot and dialog are. I feel bad for people who can't turn off the internal Ebert and enjoy craptastic popcorn movies for what they are.

I haven't seen anyone talk about Tron Legacy, but I feel safe in assuming it was loathed on here. Loved it - especially with the Daft Punk score. The build up to the light-bike scene had my hair standing on end by the time it really got going; just great fun.

Also:

Aspen Extreme
Any old 80's Arnold "bottomless clip" action movie (Commando, etc)
All the F&F movies except 2Fast-2Furious (when they blew up the R34 in the first scene I turned it off)
Bad Boys II (first one as well, though most people seem to like that more)
Day After Tomorrow
2012 (LOVE a good, cheesy disaster movie)

ETA: I guess I should point out that if a movie has a few really, really enjoyable moments, I tend to give it a pass for terrible plot, etc. I guess my standards are just absurdbly low

Enough people have chided you for your list, I'l lay off that.

Here's mine:

- Blade Runner the theatrical version: I saw it when it came out, I still say it's the best version

- Avatar: my first viewing was iMax and I was blown away. For me, that did translate to the small screen, even though it's just Dances with Wolves with aliens

- Salt: a lot of people don't like this one, I was entertained.

[edited to add] my all time guilty pleasure movie - North Shore. And I don't even surf.

Most Adam Sandler movies.

I like them for what they are; funny, stupid, entertaining. It's not like they are aiming for an oscar or anything.

I thought these were alright. I wasn't amazed, but I definitely don't hate them like most people do

Orgasm for the eyes when I saw it in theaters. The story didn't blow me away and I haven't seen it since.

This was bad. Aliens don't belong in Indiana Jones movies....unless they're Nazi aliens

I haven't seen the rest on your list, but I know plenty of people who liked the Transformer series.

This. I dont get why people are so concerned about the plot of movies about robot aliens from outer space.

The Cable Guy is one of my all time favorite movies, but soooo many people hate it.

I have never heard anyone speak badly about The Rock. That movie goes hard!

I think this movie is hilarious.

But most people don't get it.

MIB2

I will stop & watch any few minutes of this when they (constantly) run this on TNT. Makes me smirk.
