Why should there be more of an explanation? Behind all the bullshite and importance we as fans place upon it, the NC is still just another football game. No reason to hate the man for that one any more than the 17 others he's lost.

I actually think his most egregious error might have been at Ole Miss in 2009. And that's when his support seemed to be at its lowest point during his tenure.
I never fully resolved that myself. Not so much the clock management, as much of a trainwreck as that was. But the possibility that he was being deceptive in his explanation, and letting Jefferson shoulder the blame.

I started last year like I'll start this one. Clean slate on my Les opinion.
for the record, he was about an 80% approval rating till we went to tuscaloosa, then somewhere around 25% by the time Lee kneeled in the SECCG, then back to "GTFO MOTHERfrickER" in January.
This one is a tough slate to wipe, but here we go.

I grew up in the DiNardo days so I love him, I do get made sometimes but I never say the word hate or talk trash to people outside the family. I'm kind of like Micheal Corleone when it comes to LSU in the since that it's only ok if people close to me know how I feel and all of my associates think they know how I feel.
Crazy is Crazy and I think Crazy fits this beautiful fan base that im apart of just fine. Frankly I love it and have enjoyed the heart ripping termoil within and it only makes my blood turn evern more purple in gold. But I have always been a season ticket holder.

Yes. He has lived up to the expectations of a big time coach. Unfortunately, he's still #2 behind you know who which bothers a lot of people. Doesn't bother me.

Just look in the most embarrasing loss thread. A lot of those morons hating on Miles have completely forgotten about the 03 Florida loss at home against Ron Zook, the way we played against Western Illinois that year, the UAB loss, or the 04 Georgia skull fricking we got.

Miles does a lot of CYA when pressed into a corner...when asked about the QB debacle in the NCG he said he thought about playing Mett over JL...please... and when an 18 yr old 5 star QB decommits Miles disses him in public. Wearing his emotions on his sleeve may help in talking to a recruit and his parents at their home or when relating to players on the field, but it makes him look petty when this reactionary stuff hits the airwaves and I think he's better than that.

Some of you people need to learn to let things go. So we laid an egg. Sure, I was pissed. But you've got to let things go to move forward.
Miles is a classy guy, wins, recruits, etc. One loss is not going to change that. In the end, that's all the NC was.
