I approve of the GNC, even with the Jon stuff.

If a raven said "Hodor" that would be the funniest shite ever!
As to who for the raven, it depends. If it is someone who is dead and still inside the raven, then I have no idea. If it's simply someone warging with the raven, I would say that it's Bloodraven.
Here's a crazy thought! As many crackpot theories as there are out there, someone has probably thought of this, but I haven't actually seen it. I wonder if Benjen Stark could warg. If so, can a warg possess a wight? What if a wight killed Benjen and he warged into it before he died? Not saying that I think that happened, just wondering.

But, instead of saying "Snow" or "Corn", they say "Hey, Jon! Guess what? You're AA! Your mother was Lyanna Stark and your father was Rhaegar Targaryan, which means that you aren't actually my brother, just my cousin. Oh, you're also the rightful king. Please give this bird some corn, that shite's hard to come by up in this cave and we have a lot of ravens."
For some reason that made me think of Yoga explaining things to Lonestar in Spaceballs.
And anything that makes me think of Spaceballs is ok in my book.

No idea what's going to happen with Benjen, but I'm hoping GRRM tells us in TWoW.
And haven't there been rumors that Joseph Mawle has been spotted on the set in Iceland??

I think it got mentioned here a few pages back.
I'll admittedly be disappointed if he ends up being Coldhands.

or warg into something and then back into his wight(old body)
As far as the raven when he was dying, Haggon was forced out of his wolf, thinking he could have warg into a raven. He was a known friend of the Watch, he said birds are fun to do but dangerous because he would only want to fly, ravens are kept. I believe he would have been dead before Jon got to the wall.

Yeah, it would be pretty dumb at this point. It was one thing when it was Sam traveling with him, but Bran not recognizing him would make no sense at all.

He had his nose and mouth covered with a scarf, but that shouldn't be enough by itself to not let Bran recognize someone he has known his entire life, or at least be highly suspicious.

Coldhands isnt Benjen. But i didnt see a theory that he was the outcast lord commander from the nights watch. His name could even be brandon stark

At least I don't think he is in the books.
That doesn't mean they won't take a deviation from that in the show though.

I also recently read an article online that Kit Harington said that the season 4 script is the best script of all the seasons so far...I trust what he says since he's one of the few non-Hodor actors who has actually read all 5 books.

Honestly, with Tyrion's and Jon's arc next season, I really think this will be the best season.

You would think Bran would be able to at least recognize his voice unless it changed or something. I really hope Benjen isn't Coldhands.
And since we're talking about Benjen and the raven, here's what it had to say about Benjen:
I hope this doesn't mean what I think it means

quote:
“Yes,” said Jon, “but . . . what if . . .”
“. . . he’s dead?” Mormont asked, not unkindly.
Jon nodded, reluctantly.
“Dead,” the raven said. “Dead. Dead.”
“He may come to us anyway,” the Old Bear said. “As Othor did, and Jafer Flowers. I dread that as much as you, Jon, but we must admit the possibility.”
“Dead,” his raven cawed, ruffling its wings. Its voice grew louder and more shrill. “Dead.”(clash, p. 513)
I hope this doesn't mean what I think it means
