We do know that Tywin had the Septon nullify the marriage. "The Septon said it was as if the marriage never happened" So they basically had it annulled by the Septon on Tywins order.

Ok. I had forgotten that. That clears up a lot of questions regarding Tyrion's marriage to Sansa.

Just saw this on my newsfeed:
Carice van Houten (Melisandre) posts the script cover for Season 4 Episode 1
ETA: Also, D&D have stated that they want to do EIGHT seasons of Game of Thrones, unlike what the producer Frank Doleger said about it only being 7 seasons.
David Benioff and DB Weiss interview regarding 8 seasons

Can someone point me in the direction of the casting news thread (Non-Hodor casting news thread)?
I figure I could update it, since it's been confirmed on Facebook that a little girl was cast, and some people suspect her to be the Waif girl.

No clue. Just want the thread off of post# 7,666.

Theory time: Darkstar works for Littlefinger. Littlefinger likes keeping swords very close to all of the big power players whenever possible. Wanting to cause as much destruction in the realm as possible, he knew putting a hired gun near Myrcella and having that gun kill her would almost for the Martells and Lannisters to go to war with one another, especially with Cersei in charge. He is back on his way to the Vale to report to Littlefinger.

I think this thread would be as good as any to discuss casting matters, especially for upcoming seasons. You could always start a new thread but casting news is pretty few and far between so I don't know how much traffic such a thread would get over time.
Speaking of casting and such things, your post got me googling. Here's a LINK from Winter is Coming couple of articles. One is (I think) about the girl you mention. Another is about location shooting in Croatia. (no consensus that I could see in the comments about what that location will be standing in for).

Also saw that Maisie Williams removed her extensions and got another haircut on her Vine account . Guess she starts filming soon too.

Good, that's perfect. I was concerned about the final two books. They've got a lot to fit in, so I considered that they would be as heavy as ASOS. I'm guessing this will be the layout total
Season 1: A Game of Thrones
Season 2: A Clash of Kings
Season 3: First 2/3 of Storm of Swords
Season 4: Finish up Storm of Swords, first 1/4 of AFfC and ADwD
Season 5: Finish AFfC and ADwD
Season 6: First 2/3 of WoW
Season 7: Finish WoW, and 1/3 of ADoS
Season 8: Finish series

Definitely agree with your layout there, OM. I think D&D are going to wrap-up 4 and 5 by the end of season 5 since they are considered to be the 2 "boring books" of the series (I'm curious how they're going to approach Dany's story in ADWD, considering how it reaches its peak in Astapor in terms of her being a 'badass'). I think 8 seasons is perfect for fitting in everything that will happen in TWoW and ADoS...they'll both be like ASoS on steroids I'd imagine (assuming Martin doesn't troll and say he can't finish it in 7 books and needs to write an 8th book).
ETA: I think there's a great chance that TWoW will be out by season 6, but no way ADoS comes out by the time season 7 rolls in.

Imagine the irony when the Hodors have more info than we do. It will truly be like Schindler's List then.

no way in hell that fat frick finishes aDoS in time for the TV show.
Hell, tWoW might not be done for the TV show.

It's sad. I just think they should buffer it with Robert's Rebellion. It's making me sick this fat frick is taking so long.

He's milking it. He probably knows he is fricked and doesn't give a shite.

What happens then? Do we just create one Hodor thread each week? That'll be fun to read. We'll all be Hodoring! I imagine each thread will be 80+ pages/week .

I might stop watching the show so I don't spoil the books.
Posted on 7/4/13 at 2:32 am to Cosmo
I can't resist, I'll still watch the show...you may be waiting around for the rest of your life then. I'm not very optimistic about GRRM living 10 more years to finish book 7. Ser Too Fat to Write a Book is 64 now.
