Some guy on wwl870 who claims to be a close friend said he plans to transfer to a FCS school. Tyrann wanted to originally go to another SEC school and sit out a year but really wants to get back on the field now. He also said Tyrann had no plans to join the NFL after next season. Despit his talents, knows there is no demand for 5'9" CB's.

The NCAA ONLY administers drug tests after postseason events. They do not randomly test throughout the year. The NCAA is not privy to the information from a school-administered test.

Correct me if I'm wrong but LSU can deem him eligible or ineligible in the paperwork. If they seem him eligible and release him there will be stipulations as to where he can go. He would rather be eligible and abide by those stipulations of the release. Is this correct?
