So does that make the agreement with the NCAA void? Can the NCAA just issue the death penalty now?

They're pretty much asking for the NCAA to go in there and air out ALL their dirty laundry, even outside of football.

This is going to get really ugly.

I hope they appeal their way into a 4 year death penalty, kick them out of the big 10 and add Notre Dame

I can't believe that anyone actually thinks that the NCAA was within their authority to issue these penalties for something that does not have anything to do with player eligibility or following the NCAA rules.

No comment on the appeal, but has the NCAA stated where the $60 million is going and why they should be given that money to do with as they see fit?
