FBDers - What, if any, advice do y'all have when it comes to flying with beer. Do I need to keep it in my carry on? can I carry it on? is it safe to put it in a suitcase and check it?

Have to check it because exceeds volume limits to carry on. Wrap up well like you would to ship beer

I brought back some beer on a trip to Chicago a few years ago. I think I had roughly a six pack and two bombers. I got some bubble wrap and big zip lock bags and wrapped them good then put it in my suit case. It might it home without issue.

I brought some beer back from Chicago earlier this year and snuck it in various spots in our suitcases. I wrapped everything in clothes to provide adequate cushion for any rough handling by airport workers.
We're received a notice that our bags were searched. No shock to me. The setup likely looked pretty odd going through the scanner.
