That done as a gyro with the apppropriate bits would rock. Lamb and duck are without a doubt two sources of protien that go under used/appreciated in a country that is so diverse and populated as we are.


Hell add rabbit and squierl gator and turtle to the list ( I left off the obvious). The items Americans have at thier gate to eat is mind boggling to the extreme. Cajuns walk out thier front door and see lunch, other see a barren wasteland.
