If he gives our offense another dimension and comes in and plays that role, I see no problem with it. We aren't counting on him to lead this team and will also hopefully light a fire under Randall and Rivers' asses that this backup spot just isn't theirs to walk in to
now i agreee with all this..

Interesting development....If Mett goes pro after this year, Bolden may very well be our starting QB to start 2013.

No. He is not an initial counter. It would just confuse things imo.

Last season, Bolden completed just 39.3 percent of his 135 pass attempts for 685 yards, two scores and seven interceptions. He threw passes in every game last season.

So let's not crown him heir apparent to Mett just yet.

I recall just 72 hours ago when LFK was getting called out on this site for offering Redd. How quickly some fans here change their tune. Good pick up guys. But had to point that out.

You're taking words from a few hundred LSU fans when there are 100,000's of them on this site.. that's a small sample size my friend. Anyone who thinks that it's wrong for schools to recruit PSU players is an idiot, and doesn't understand the game of College Football

Yikes those comments aren't inspiring.

LSU = Perfect place for an inaccurate and ineffective quarter-back! He'll fit in nicely! Alabama & Florida can't wait!!

Maybe they watched his game film against Alabama and compared it to Jordan Jefferson's

If it is, I just lost all respect for Les Miles as a HC. This is why the I.R.S. doesn't penalize murderers who pay their taxes.

the kid has physical tools but his lack of awareness is gonna get him killed. It's like you're holding your breath every time he drops back because he seems to have no awareness of when he's gonna take a hit or where pressure is coming from.

LSU showing interest in Rob has me wondering if Les Miles has lost his marbles. What game film is he watching?

I hope a fresh start here helps him turn it around.

This doesn't make a whole lot of sense. He's no better than Rivers or Randall and he's got a whole other play book to memorize in, what? a month. I don't think you'll see him play any this season. A fresh start may be what he needed to spark his play though, so welcome young Bolden to the baddest bunch of fighting Tigers in college football.
