I actually love syncopated rhythms and polyrhythms, but it seems like that's all there is to a large portion of Tool songs. Maynard does have a fantastic voice, but Adam Jones' phrasing leaves it all sounding very thin. Justin Chancellor and Danny Carey are one hell of a rhythm section, though.
