I would say probably Texas A&M in 1993. The campus/town were boring as hell, it was something like 300 degrees and we lost ugly, 24-0, and were never really competitive. A close second was Texas A&M in 1995, but at least we made more of a game of it that time.
Virginia Tech in 2002 was a shitty game, but the overall experience was a lot of fun.

You should have made it over to that pub right off campus. LSU fans took over the place and we ended up having a blast. Still remember my buddy's dad's brother diving head first down the stairs. Capped off an incredible week at the grand canyon and mexico before LSU kicking arse in the game that made me think we may have a team in that 03 season.

Actualy, the only OOC away game I have been to was UDub. It was incredible.

I had a good time at U of W out in Seattle, but as for an "in stadium experience", I didnt love it. That frickin track around the stadium put the LSU seats like 80 yards from the back of the CLOSEST endzone. It felt like we were trying to watch a football game from the roof of Kirby Smith.

The stadium sucked arse. The roof cut off the top of the stadium so we felt like we were peering out of a cave the entire game.
I did like the real time stats score board. I wish LSU could emulate something along those lines.

ULM football. It's too much like highschool in terms of the band, the crowd, and .... the team. At least the team was much better when it was
1-AA.
