Yeah. They usually run the specials starting in August, but menus are usually posted in June I thought.

I think most of those coolinary specials are some of the same lunch specials they have all year round. For example Muriel's and Antoine's always have those specials.

I definitely plan on hitting Antoine's, Galatoire's, and Pelican Club. Maybe one or two others. any suggestions?

They usually come out some time in July. Pelican Club has been my favorite so far.

I've done the PC coolinary menu twice in the past two years and it was great both times. I'm hitting it up again Thursday night.
