Band names that suck

that make you think they purposely came up with the worst possible name they could think of

Jamie's Elsewhere. That name completely enrages me. Who came up with that shitty name.

Job For a Cowboy. Also a terrible name.

I also hate names like Parkway Drive and Greeley Estates. Like they just said "frick it, we'll name the band after where we live."

A lot of metalcore band names suck shite, especially ones that have a long sentence for a name like From a Second Story Window. Sky Eats Airplane is stupid too.

Alt/indie bands like And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead or We Were Promised Jetpacks have dogshit sentence names too.

On the shorter band name side there's this band from my city that I was recently reading about. They're on Sub Pop and called Jaill. That name sucks balls too. Spoon, another awful name. Like they looked around the kitchen for eight seconds and named it after the first thing they saw.

I can probably think of more but that's a good start I think.
