Great title.

I wonder if Spartacus will die or not. I also wonder how big Spartacus's forces has grown now and how his generals will command them with respect to Spartacus's authority and leadership.

I know the history behind this and how it ends. Just talking about the show itself.

I'm just thankful they were able to carry on after Andy's death. I can easily see this as the final season with an appropriate/historic finale. I have enjoyed the show a lot and look forward to the final season.

im hoping they dont carry it to its historical end.. or get into the division with the generals..

i'd like a happy ending where the frick up Crassus and ride off into the sunset..

Likewise. A happy ending inconsistent with the historic record wouldn't hurt my feelings one bit.

yeah, I don't watch this for historical accuracy. I'd be cool with a reanimated Batiatus. The show is missing his great quotes.

I can see it ending after this season. Not too much more to show.

Maybe the new Spartacus can attempt a push up between now and next season.

Historically, the rebel forces split and Crixus leading a 30,000 strong slave army stayed in southern Italy and was defeated by a Roman force led by consul Lucius Gellius Publicola; Crixus was killed during the battle. Some have suggested that the split by the rebel forces might have been a strategy to allow Spartacus to lead the main force north and eventually to Gaul the homeland of many of the slaves. LINK

I would imagine he would die. Otherwise he is a 2500 year old vampire.
