They did this last year and Glanville famously picked Wilson freakin Ramos. Here's the top 10:
1. Kemp
2. Tulo
3. Kershaw
4. Verlander
5. Longoria
6. Strasburg
7. Justin Upton
8. Votto
9. Starlin Castro
10. Felix
Full Link
Not that I don't like Starlin, but I'd take almost every player on their top 30 over him. Not as much to debate this year (edit: frick that, glanced over number 26) although I was surprised Harper didn't make the top 10.

Castro that high is a joke. Where is Nike Stanton?

Why the hell is everyone jizzing over this guy? He's over Braun, Harper, Trout, Stanton, Cargo, David Price, Cano, etc., some of which have not even hit their peaks. Weird.

Wouldn't have a P in my top ten if starting a franchise.

There are some headscratchers in there.
Stanton and Cargo are way too low.
The Cubs (should not even be two) are too high.
IMO, I would rather have the 26-28 superstud than the 20-23 likely to be a stud in most cases.

Longo is always really high on these lists, but I dunno.

Man, that list just shows how much the league has fallen off in recent years. How many players in the top 20 are on track to make it to the Hall of Fame? Verlander, Longoria, Hernandez, and Strasburg if he can keep it up. That's it. If you had to create a same list ten years ago, most of the top 20 would have been made up of HOF caliber players.
