Question regarding filleting bream

What would you consider to be the minimum size that you could fillet

My buddy filleted some about the size of my hand. Make for some tasty fish bites

"ALL" the ones that I keep anyway- unless I'm giving them to my uncle who prefers them on the bone when he fries them. He also eats the fins. yuck.

Youtube "Bluegill Filet" Check out the guy with the purple glove on. About 15 down from the top. Interesting and efficient way of doing it. I can't post the link from work. Sorry.

I prefer the skinning method for bream in lieu of filleting them.

I actually scale them first, then fillet. I find the skin has a lot of flavor.

Last time I caught some bluegills I had to use a gaff to boat them so I filet all the ones I catch
