Need help upgrading new rifle for bigger game

I've been only whitetail hunting(with exception of mule deer one year) since I started hunting big game. Now it is time to move up to bigger game within next 12-24 months-elk, moose, black bear. I've relied on my Remington .270 and it has been the most sweet rifle it could be to me. Now it is time to buy a bigger rifle for my new excursions. What would be the next step up for power for said hunts?

.300 Weatherby Magnum.
ETA: hahaha. Dude has to get a .300 now. That or the judge.

300 win mag
If you really wanna go crazy with power and accuracy get a 338 edge.
Be prepared for scope bite with the edge if you are not careful though.

300 Win Mag or 7mm Mag.
Both good calibers and could be used (although probably overkill - moreso with the 300) for whitetail.

What's this overkill you speak of?

I was thinking of the 7mm. Which one is more powerful 7mm or 300mag?

Whitetail will be far more dead than if you shot them with a .270. Perhaps too dead.
Truthfully, if you aren't good at placing shots, I have seent heavy cal. rifles tear up a lot of meat.

I'll keep using my 270 for whitetail. Need one good one to add for bear, etc..

.300 win mag is a good proven choice for shite like that.
Dont overlook the .30-06 with 180gr bullets either.
