Wire tap or no wire tap, the statute of limitations has run out. On the state level, 6 years, and the federal, 5 years. Kindly go frick yourselves.

Louisiana Population: 4.5 million
New York City Population: 8.2 million
That does not include Long Island, Yonkers, and other outlying areas, as well as suburban New Jersey and Connecticut.
Also checked and Lousiana is in fact larger than any of the individual boroughs.
However, the New York City television market is almost 3 times larger than the ENTIRE population of the state of Louisiana.
New York City Population: 8.2 million
That does not include Long Island, Yonkers, and other outlying areas, as well as suburban New Jersey and Connecticut.
