Need a snake ID please

Had 8 of these little fellows in my flower beds at my house. Not sure what kind they are. Whats the OB say?

Looks like a large worm and you need to do yard work more.
Probably just a type of Garter snake.

Looks like a very blurry Dekay's (Brown) Snake, or a Redbelly Snake.

As a kid in Houston, I used to see those all the time. Now that I've lived in the woods for the past 22 yrs, I don't recall ever seeing more than one or two out here

Husband/Resident snake expert of the house thinks it's a rough earth snake (Virginia striatula). He says they're much easier to find than the Eastern Worm Snake, and every garden in LA has them.

GRIZZ--he said he hasn't found a rough green snake like the one in the above pic in BR in a long time either, but has seen them in north LA, MS, and even part of Livingston Parish.
