Congrats CT and Daddy Dale....THE BAG MAN RETURNS!

Well the wanted a homer...they got a homer...LSU BASKETBALL was just set back 5 more years! No real resume' accept being an alum. This is such a political move it's not funny. As an ALUM...I fully DISAGREE with this hire and mark my words...we will be on probation within 3 years and picking up the pieces again!

I don't really know about that. I'm not very excited about the hire (still better than Tubby though), but I can't imagine the NCAA is going to come snooping around just because it's Brown's boy that got the job. Especially since it's come out how dirty they were in the process.

If he wouldve been such a great coach/recruiter dont you think SOMEONE would have offered him the past DECADE? Or did he just turn down every offer the last ten years waiting on this job?

I am willing to give him a shot, but certainly think we settled. I wish they would hold a presser now, so he could at the very least get on the road and try to put together some sort of recruiting class.

Maybe Johnny can reopen his case regarding losing that $20,000 in Gulfport a few years before Brown sashayed off into the sunset.

Do you think anyone at the NCAA actually remembers? Anyone with an ax to grind agains Dale Brown has long retired. Besides LSU fans, how many people remember Dale Brown or even know who CJJ are?
