I really want to do this with my fiancée. I'm hoping to read something good.

I took my fiancé to one of their date night classes for his birthday. It was fun, we learned a lot, the food and instructors were great. If I could have one complaint it's that they only serve wine with dinner. So if you want to drink during the first 2 hours, you have to pay for it yourself. It just got a little pricey for me at $109 pp + extra costs.

I did one in ridgeland. Great time. It was a Ruth's Chris steak on the grill class. We drank beer/wine the whole time.

My nephew went to the school in Ridgeland and he was a bit disappointed. He said it was entry level cooking instruction and he was looking for something a bit more advanced.

review the course before signing up. they have good descriptions and usually mention if it is "learning the basics" etc. i thought the steak class was extremely informative.
