Where to eat and go? All price points welcome any cuisine except sushi. We have been once before and did touristy things any off the beaten path of places to go, to do or eat welcome. TIA

This thread has a lot of good info as well as links to other good threads. If I was there for only 24 hours a Giants game and the Wharf/Chinatown would be my two priorities.

My favorite place in SF is Land's End park. We used to start at the bath ruins and go towards the GG bridge on the lowest trails we could access. There's a spot out there where you can go real far out onto a rock outcropping and face back towards the bridge for a sunset view. Many of wine bottles have gone down there. Stunningly beautiful.
I'd stop by Tommy's on Geary for a couple of margaritas, they say they have the largest selection of Agave tequilla outside of Mexico. There's a great Hong Kong style restaurant over there that serves insanely fresh seafood. It's a few blocks south of Geary close to the beach. There are a few real neat bookstores a block north of Geary over there, makes for a nice afternoon.
We lived in a couple places by the GG park over there, so that's all I was really familiar with. We never did the touristy stuff until we started going back on visits.

Also, are you a beer guy? If so I would hit one of these places:
Magnolia Brewery and Gastropub
Toronado
La Trappe
City Beer
21st Amendment
Food wise you want to try and catch some food trucks. They tend to be clustered at Off the Grid events, which makes it easier to try a ton of stuff.
Might also want to try Mission Chinese Food.
To be honest there is so much good food in the city its difficult to miss. Let me know if you are looking for something specific you are looking for.

Will be there for one night in a few weeks. Any places close to the airport that yall would recommend?

Most wont agree, but in my 2 weeks of dining - I went back a 2nd time:
Bobo's:
Lobster Crostini App
Filet and Whole Crab
Bottle of Darioush
Running a close 2nd would be Waterbar for Seafood or Slanted Door for Viet
