Got to be a worm, I've caught bass, bream, sacalait, choupic, garfish, carp, redfish and probly a few other things I can't remember

doesn't matter. If you were stranded in one area... Could be fresh.. Could be salt. You don't know.... and you could only have one bait... what would it be?

alright, then I'll go with a soft plastic tube, u can mimic baitfish, crawfish, and I bet they would work offshore(I wouldn't know)

Chrome rattle trap will catch in fresh or salt.I guess my next choice would be a spinner bait.

ALot of things catch in both
