Jeremy SHOCKEY is the snitch?

Just heard on SportsCenter that Warren Sapp said that. Is this old news? If this is true then how did Drew Brees not know about it and Shockey does? God this is gonna kill this organization. Now we have a tainted SUPER BOWL win. Nice.

I know for a fact it wasn't Shockey. It was a disgruntled employee from the FO that got fired.

i just have a hard time believing any player would snitch on this or even have enough drive to be taken seriously over it..

I write this fully expecting to be excoriated by the Rant. "Snitch" is a loaded word, and disrespects those who have the courage to identify wrongdoing. Our society has a perverse attitude that penalizes those who come forward. What the Saints did was wrong and the NFL was correct in handing out a harsh punishment. I want them to win as much as anyone, but not at any cost. And please, no more "every team does it". This is not an excuse.If you have credible evidence, give it to the NFL.

How can we have a snitch if the league office has known about this and repeatedly asked the Saints to stop?

Not saying it isn't possible that it's Shockey but the investigation began like 3 years ago while Shockey was still on the team. This wasn't something they came up with a month ago. It's been going on for a while but they didn't stop when warned about it.
