Won multiple NCAA chmpionships including one at Bernie Moore Stadium at LSU in '73 saying if he was from Louisiana he would have never become a distance runner.

Pre was like one of us. Worked hard and partied harder. I met him and OJ on that day in '73 at Bernie Moore.

Its for sure one of the best basketball arenas in the nation. You feel like your in an NBA arena.
Heres a high quality gallery

MK Arena gallery

MK Arena high quality panorama

Oregons bball team isn't great but they aren't horrible either. Hard to call this one.

He is largely credited with starting the trend of jogging in the states. Or maybe it's yogging (soft J). Apparently you just run.

However, we are a higher ranked BBteam. And we are playing at home vs you. In theory we should win our BB game vs you and the Nitty.

Now the Natty, the whole world + dog knows it will be against the winner of UO vs USC against LSU vs Bama winner. Well, Bama is losing tons of players and you clearly look to bring back the most talent and in my view will be the favorite to be there in Miami. And well, we have beat USC 7 times vs 5 times since the BCS era. We easily know how to beat the mighty USC. And we expect to be your opponent in the 2012's CFB Natty. So how can the Nitty and the Natty be such a stretch?

told all his life he was too small/wouldnt amount to crap. took up running in 8th grade and turned into an insta-star.

In his day(1970's) he held all American Records. He is the guy that invented/gave the craze to the sport of running. He was a National Super Star. He held the lead for most of the German 1972 Olympics but at the end only placed. For the next one, in Canada, we was easily expected to win, but at a Party, right before the Olympics and dropping off another Track Legend, his car crashed, and he died a very young age. Nike was founded by UO's Track Coach and a former UO track guy, Phil Knight. But had not Pre come on the scene, Nike may never of become the World's greatest sportswear company. He died a young age and the world never knows what all he may of achieved. He was a runt of a small guy that took on the world and he was a beast, a legend, who changed a culture and created the sport of running for pleasure... Watch the moves: 1997's Prefontaine and 1998's Without Limits to understand better...

No problem fine Sir...

There are 6 small circles(black circles around it) over this image that highlight it. If you ask me, from this image it is very hard to see it in the 3 lower circles. But if you look at the 3 top ones, you see his image. I myself, from this image, can see it better with the 2 on the top right circles. The crappy thing is Nike and Phil Uncle Knight never told us of this "Secret" within the paint of our court. There was rumored of secret images, but we never knew what they were until later. Pre is Oregon's most famous Oregon guy, so it is obvious now to us... Look closely, you will in fact see the guy below...
