For me:

1. Banana Blossom
2. La Thai
3. Singha
4. Suhko Thai
5. Singha Song

(where else do I need to try?)

My go to dish is Chicken Massaman.

Had to look those up. So this thread encompasses the No Sho as well? In that case, I'd like to add Thai Pepper to the bottom of my list.

I've never had Thai before. I also just started working right next to Singha. What should someone new to Thai food try there?

You should judge a new Thai place based on 4 basic dishes, IMO:

tom yum
pad thai
green chicken curry
panaeng

Don't think I'll be going to them then...not unless I'm on the No Sho for some other reason.
