it's allowed.
No. It's actually quite a normal thing. Other schools have done it before. I can't remember any specific examples but I know that it's happened.

Rohan threw at pro day either last yr or the yr before. Not necessarily to work out for teams I don't think. Just to throw to the draftable players. (I'm sure he'd have listened to any interest though).
