Chuck Bartowski. Get to go on cool spy missions and bang Sarah Walker (Yvonne Strahovski) on the reg. Doesn't get much better than that IMO.

I'm going to go with Richard Castle. He's got a buttload of money from writing novels and when he feels like it he gets to solve crime. Best part is that his partner is hot and he can bail when it's time for paperwork.

Personally, I suspect he would have been far happier never getting the intersect and meeting Sarah Walker as he would have ended up with Lou (Rachel Bilson), who had awesome sandwich making skills.
