I'm thinking in the context of rooting for other SEC teams against OOC competition and the whole "SEC" chant deal?

For me, I'm over the idea of cheering for other SEC schools and hoping they do well.

As much as i beleive the two best played for the title i still felt it wasnt fair to other teams around the country. Also i felt regaurdless who won there was going to change some things on how teams are chosen. As for loyalty mine has not changed.Im LSU all the way and if the Tigers do not win it all i will always want another SEC team to win even if it is Alabama

just Bama.....I always thought if we beat Bama & win the SEC, they were out of sight & out of mind. this year proved me wrong; so even if we beat them next year in Nov., we may get them again in the title game. We need them to have 2-3 losses every year.

Midseason I bought Sugar Bowl tickets assuming either LSU would go & I'd use them or Bama would go and I could sell them to get my money back.

frick Alabama. I've grown to really detest them. I've always been a BIG pro-SEC guy when they play OOC games but since I've come into interaction with the Bama fanbase I absolutely root against them unless them winning can help LSU. Thus in bowl season, I was pulling hard for Utah and Texas.

ETA: I should clarify, I root for all other SEC teams in OOC play except for Bama. Auburn has at times been difficult for me though.

Im indifferent to it

I dont buy the notion that if am SEC team loses a big game that people are going to think the conference isnt that good so if Michigan won, i would laugh and enjoy it. But if Bama won I wouldnt think much of it other than a slight benefit to us kinda

I watched Mich live in the sugar bowl and theres no doubt that Bama will roll them

Id love to see mich win but theres just no way. Denard will throw like 4 picks.

doesnt matter who you root for Bama will roll

For the past few years I've hated Auburn [because of the cheating back when Tuberville was there]. But because of last season bama has jumped them. I just have a complete distaste for that school now.

I've been known to be an Auburn hater since 2006. I never felt one way or the other about Bama. Not until sometime around 2008 or 2009 did I began to absolutely despise Alabama. I still don't like Auburn FYI, they are just on the backburner. I was really disinterested in their champ game because I didn't want either of those teams to win. I think I just hate the state of Alabama all together now is the deal.

I'll root for SEC teams that I don't particularly care wtf they do, but if Auburn, Bama, Ole Miss, and Arky are playing someone OOC I always pull for the opposing team.

Never had it to begin with. I hate all equally except for Vandy. No reason to really hate Vandy.

Our love for our conference is one of the things that just makes us better than everyone else. Part of our swag/passion down here. I love that other conferences hate us for it.

Don't get me wrong, I don't vocally cheer for the other SEC schools, but I'd rather see them win than someone else. The better they look, the better we look.

Absolutely not.

Let me rephrase.... I pull for SEC teams until we face those teams.

However, I am pulling for Michigan in that opener.

I'll say this, if you are fan of pulling for the other SEC teams you are likely going to enjoy your season more, because they tend to win.
