I didn't want to mention this because I wanted to stick to movies like mentioned in the OP, but if we're talking TV too then my Lord yes at this. I had heard/read about this and was like "Futurama? No way" so I watched it online. I saw how much time was left in the episode close to the end and was wondering what the hell all the fuss was about. Then in that last 30-60 seconds it was just...damn.
yeah but the ending of the episode about the lucky 4 leaf clover got me more than the dog episode. I spent the next few minutes thinking how lonely it would be to wake up hundreds of years in the future and realize how much of your life you had missed out on.

Most of the ones y'all have already named.
Sling Blade shakes me up a bit when he's going around saying his goodbyes. Especially the line he gives John Ritter about the heart being an awfully big place.
