He is not coming here. He is going to Stanford. How do I know cuz my daughter goes to school with him and is really good friends with him. He is very athletic and very strong but still needs a little more work to be an elite prospect.

What's the competition like in his league? Grew up in SA and I don't recall SACS having a football program...hell, I didn't think it had any athletics back in late 80s, early 90s.

TAMU could land him, if they pitch it right. Corps/military atmosphere + good school + close to home + good football program.
