For me the scene that immediately came to mind was from The Other Guys, when Will Ferrell and Eva Mendes had her grandma walk back and forth across the street to relay dirty messages to each other. I was crying.

Furry walls from Get Him to the Greek

Celery Distraction from MacGruber

I lol every time I see the first scene after the credits in "Igby Goes Down."

The whole damn movie opens up with his brother and him killing their mother and after the credits roll it cuts back to Igby in the principal's office of a Catholic school.
First line:
"I'm just saying, if Heaven is such a wonderful place, how come getting crucified was such a big, fricking sacrifice?"

I pretty much peed myself.

James Bond scene in I Love You Man had me in tears.

Dazed and Confused when they are driving around throwing trash cans at mailboxes and the bowling ball through the windshield.
