Taking the mrs out on the town for a birthday party for one of her coworkers. I'm told there will be numerous single women there in their early 30s looking to score and I will need to be on my best behavior. You want to meet us out Bill?

I made this for Lucy last week and she requested another tonight.
I take some fresh Italian Sausage, poke holes to release fat and bake it in the oven at 400 for 20 minutes on a simple tin pie plate. Drain the fat. Take it out and slice it on a bias.
Take out a glass/pyrex baking dish, coat with Pam. Put raw spaghetti on the bottom. Angel hair, broken into thirds, so each piece is about 3 inches.
Then I pour in about 12 ounces of Monjuni Sauce...it's their skinnier bottle. I fill the bottle half way up with water and add that.
Then I sprinkle a lot of red pepper flakes...to give it that pizza taste.
Then I top it with the sliced sausage and wrap with foil tightly to allow steaming of the pasta. Pop it back in the oven for 20 minutes at 400. Great stuff.

Could go to the local bar and grill for a fantastic club sandwich or I could go to a friends house for a nice deer gravy.

Your birthday, LE?
I LOVE the chef's table at Emeril's. Save room for the bazillion desserts they bring and write down everything you have for your detailed report to us.

I'm really not sure. Going to stop by Rouse's to figure it out.. I might end up with another steak to cook on my cast iron.. but I want to try a different cut this time.

Did that for a friend from out of town bachelors party. Fricking awesome.
So this is why you are staying out late? I'll buy you a birthday shot if you show at Finn's.

I think Zach ran off to prepare the meal. Lucy is the wife. I don't think the dogs have names, at least not on the board.

New York strip. perhaps trying broiling it instead of cast iron on the stove.
some kind of starch then a red wine reduction to go along with it. i can give you a good quick recipe if you'd like.
