Some saints fans on here still butthurt?

People on here are pissing their pants at the fact that 49ers lost. They beat us, you cant talk shite about them. get over it.

A friend of mine up here in MN had a great point for me when I was bitching about our loss last week.
"Now you know how we felt in the 09 championship game. We dominated that game and the Saints only won because of our 5 turnovers."
Kinda shut me the hell up VERY quickly.

i'm amazed at this. you should see my fb page! i'm a 9er fan 1st, no fan 2nd. all i can see is that they are all pretty jealous at the success of the 49er organization and the fact that they got their heart broken by the 9ers so many times!!

Cause I don't like watching teams celebrate beating the Saints. Yeah it's a little bit butthurt but it's something most fans feel. Especially in a close game.

That doesn't even matter to me. No one cares about that from the losing team. As a saints fan I'll always remember beating the cardinals and Vikkngs in 09 but you think Cardinal fans get any satisfaction from us winning the super bowl as opposed to the Colt?

I'd rather see team that beat us get zero accolades to brag about, a selfish player like Vernon Davis costing his team 30+ yards in penalties, and a NOLA native winning the superbowl

I was torn on whether I wanted the Giants or 49ers to win the game yesterday, but what I can say is that I smiled when the 49ers lost, couldn't happen to a better (or should I say worse) group of fans.
Unfortunately I was hoping the Ravens would beat the Patriots but unfortunate that didn't happen and now I'm in a bind. I really do not want to see the Patriots win but if the Giants win a friend of mine will let me know about it for months (I guess I could also talk about how we beat them badly in the regular season but that seems petty). This is probably one of the worst Super Bowl matchups for me, either way I'm going to lose, lol.

Pissed because Saints could beat these teams. Crappy NY team and a Patriots team that is a close mirror image of the Saints. Freaking GW was already thinking of the house he was going to buy in StLouis while on the sidelines in SanFran.

I'm glad they lost! Dont know how old you are, but Saints used to be whipping child for 49'rs for a long time. Old NFC West was mostly San Fran and LA. I still have nightmares seeing Montana carving up our secondary. So based on the fact that they were once a division rival, I can never see myself pulling for them! Go Giants!!
