No shite, huh?

As a fan who lived to tell about the late Archer years plus the Hudson Hallman years, I believe I have earned the right to tell anyone who tries to claim that we are not CURRENTLY in the "good old days" to go frick themselves.

Last I checked, the objective was to win games, not rack up yards. The teams of the early 90's could do neither.

I love how we just played in the BCSCG a week ago but the 2005 fricking Peach Bowl was the good ole days of LSU Football.

Nobody was talking about the early 90s. I was referring to the early 2000s on. Although DiNardo did have some decent teams his first two or three seasons.

And, yeah, Matt Flynn was the real deal.

Time to move on. Constantly bitching about it will do nothing.

Sure it will. It will bring meaning to our black and depressing lives.

05 Peach Bowl?

I remember the good ole days, walking into Tiger Stadium KNOWING that LSU was about to get their arses handed to them. Watching history unfold as Florida beat the Tigers 58-3 at home, fans flooding into Shreveport to see LSU play teams like Mich St. and Notre Dame at the historic Independence Bowl. The days when field Generals with names like Hallman and Dinardo patrolled the sidelines. Oh how I long for the Good Ole Days.

The good ole days? WTF is wrong with the season we had?

I swear some of you act like we just went 7-5 and lost to Wake Forrest in the bowl.

Some of these folks have forgotten the Hallman era.

I once saw Hallman drunk sitting on a crate in the back of the NorthGate liquor store after he got fired.....it was funny and sad at the same time. Those were crazy times. The absolute worst. The guys on the team hated him........

Don't let a handful of blatant Miles haters and spoiled brats convince you that the "good ole days" aren't now.

Les has ruined most of the good feeling for that and other years, by his bull headed stubbornness, making dumb decisions in the face of logic, and poor communication abilities to the fans.

You going to bitch about miles in every thread? You are pitiful.

How can you call yourself an lsu fan and continue to trash the team as much as you do? While we were undefeated you still were trashing the team.

Brother, we hear you, but please, just let it go. There are approximately 118 other schools that would love to be where LSU is.

Liar. And what's your obsession with me dude? There are hundreds of people on here saying the same things as me yet you somehow follow me around in every thread? I never "trashed" anyone while we were winning, I even gave Miles some credit for handling some of the early events of the year well. Les has been on and off my bullshite radar for the past 7 years, I give him some credit when he does well, and let him have it when he doesn't. He blew the NC game, he doesn't get a pass for that.
