everyone saying he admitted it was HIS fault, he clearly said "our staff" takes the discredit.
that operative alone is classic les miles heat deflection.

Guilty by Omission, wow just wow:) So he is supposed to throw the players and coaches of the offense under the bus in order to not blame the defense? Brilliant!

But I guarantee you there wasn't a single LSU fan (probably including Miles) that wasn't saying to themselves in the third quarter...."If we just put one score on the board, this whole game is about to change in our favor."
I wanted points, even if it were just 3 on the board, but at that point I really just wanted to see some kind of life put into the offense as it was just flat out embarassing to behold. Hell, we may get our arse kicked, but I do expect if the punches aren't working to do a little kicking at least and at least try to compete and score a punch...

You don't know what the frick you are talking about.

I think it's universally agreed it was irrational, even by fans of schools not called the Tigers. This is something you folks need to come to grips with.

So we should fire Chavis? Is that what you're saying?
No tard. He's saying Les should show he understands and learns from his mistakes by his actions.
Like finding an OC who is competent for starters. Maybe Gunner would still be here if he had done that.

I don't think Miles should be blamed for not trusting his QBs' ability.
Only thing I disagree with here. If you have two senior QBs, neither of whom you can't "trust" more than your opponent does his sophomore QB, I'm not sure who else is to blame for such a situation.

Nah, being rational is doing something different when what you are doing, doesn't work. It was painfully obvious to everyone that LSU wasn't going to score 14 pts, much less 10 doing what they were doing.

He is far from perfect, but he is performing better than anyone we have ever had.
Yet he's one of the coaches you pissed all over just three sentences before because he came from a 0.500 team from a BCS conferenece.

Seemed pretty competent for most of the season
I don't see any reason to switch OC right now
Some of you people have gone made over the last week

One thing to definitely blame Les for is his misjudging the QB he put all of his faith in.

Yeah, the current one that led the team to a 13-1 record has to have something wrong with him.
I can't believe some of the crap I read on here.

It's not that hard to understand Les' thinking in the game. It still was within reach and he thought Jefferson gave him a better opportunity. Was he wrong? Of course he was. But it's not beyond understanding.

Not sold on the OC, but not against it either. The offense was only really tested in one game and they failed miserably. Will see how next year goes.
