The Infamous "Corndog and Nuts" Vid That Cannot Be Posted Here: Updates?

Long story short:
Vid, now deleted on Youtube, shows a gump teabagging a passed out LSU fan at Krystal burger near the FQ after the game.
Multiple gumps cheer it on, tape it, and three kyrstal employees watch it all go down.
Reason for thread, is that I just want updates.
Anyone know if the LSU fan was IDed? Has the gump been IDed? Does said LSU fan plan to press charges? Does said LSU fan plan to sue Kyrstal?
Sorry, can't post link because the vid has been removed from Youtube, and I couldn't post the link anyway because it is...well, obscene.

Boy that's some great tradition isn't it. If the youth are the future, Alabama should go ahead and officially declare for 3rd world status. With that type of disgusting behavior, that's all they're qualified for. Maybe the civilized world will dole out some foreign aid.
