This is just not gonna cut it folks.
The word is out that we are loose with ball.
(We are not the best road team when it matters, neither were the colts. We rely on pace, patterns fluidity and rythmn etc)
In short we are a team that thrives in a comfort zone

I'm ok with that

We are who we are. Just need to shore up that D a little.
then get the number 1 seed next year and we will do a cake walk to the lombardi

We fumbled it 5 times ALL YEAR

Sproles never fumbles

The ball just bounced SF's way yesterday, it was unlucky for us.

As I just said in another thread.
Seeding is critical for a team like ours.
If we aren't 1 or 2 we WILL struggle.

I think everyone sees the Giants in 07 and the packers last year as a trend of being able to win on the road in the playoffs, but it's still more of an anomaly
imo

Being outdoors had nothing to do with any of the turnovers.

Anyone who points to the game being outdoors as a reason for the loss is a fricking moron.

Those fumbles didn't happen because we were away from the Dome.

no doubt, as I said we are loose with the ball in general.
hence the 7 turnovers in the last TWO games.

my point is we can overcome much more in the dome.

do you not agree?

LINK

Fact: the 2011 saints offense averaged 2.98 points per drive.

So that means we gave away almost 15 points on turnovers. Yes we were in a position to win it at the end but we should have already been up by at least 2 touchdowns if the rest of the season was any indication.

The turnovers killed us. No reasonable person can deny that. 5 of them and we probably dont win in the dome either

We overcame the 17 point hole we dug ourselves. Problem was we couldn't keep our lead twice...

yes, twice in a matter of 3 game minutes is sickening. I was so deflated seeing it happen so quickly in succession.

if we dont have the 5 turnovers we aren't even in that position.

Coming roaring back is a testament to how good this team was. But there is a reason teams in multiple turnover games don't have good results.
That makes me sick more than the last 3 minutes.
