Just 3 days ago Miles was a hero, LSU's best coach ever, a genius at recruiting and leadership....Now many of you guys are wanting to throw stones at the lead horse that brought you to the big show.. attacking his character, basically calling him a dumb arse! Get a grip! LSU and Miles will learn from this big loss, and we'll be fine in the bright future coming.

The best thing about Miles is he does not pay attention to those so called fans, otherwise, he would be 7-5.

In this society it is what have you done for me lately. And LSU fans take it to heart. It was a terribile game plan but LSU will be back.

If JJ is not suspended, Miles starts JJ in every game and leaves him in there for most of the game.

LSU doesn't end up with only one loss.

I don't think anyone could do as poorly as 7-5 with that group...

LSU will be fine but something was out of place Monday night, not quite right about the team. I hope we one day hear what happened.

That team brought less fire and desire to the biggest game of their lives than they brought to the previous 13 games.......why?

I still think Miles is a great recruiter and still think he's an average coach. And JJ wouldn't have gone into the Bama game undefeated.

And finally I blame the East Baton Rouge Grand jury for the loss.

If I disagree with Miles decision I'm not a true fan. Because even the players are wondering what he was thinking. Maybe they aren't true fans either.

Then you are being either willfully blind or very naive.

Texas and Florida are 2 major examples of schools with every bit as much talent as we have. Ohio St is another good example- if you choose to poo-poo the Big 10 on talent overall, you'd still have to consider that OSU is at the top of that conference, and dropped a lot of league games.

Think back thru the past few years.. Miles isn't the ultimate X's and O's guy, but he does know how to adjust as we go where needed. Miles knows he's coaching for the most demanding group of fans in the country. Watch for him to make changes in offense coaching, and end this recruiting year with some major pick-ups.

Pull him for who, though? The pocket was getting collapsed, and that was with JJ and the threat of some rolling and scrambling. Lee would likely have been sacked 3 straight times, or thrown the ball up in desperation while getting hit. And that isn't a criticism of him, or Les, or anyone else (except maybe the O-line, for not being good enough to face Bama's defense this season).

JJ was often running out of a perfectly fine pocket. That's not on the o-line...again, thats all on Jefferswag.

And how would this have been any worse than what JJ did? Please explain.

But at least the lingering effects of the Perilloux debacle are now over! Mettenberger and then Kiel coming on the scene. LSU has had some special teams put together the last few years EXCEPT at the QB position. Better days ahead...
