Far Cow or Burgersmith tonight?

Well burgersmith must be real bad then.
You can make a better burger at home with salt and pepper oil man.

never been to Burgersmith. Fat Cow is decent but definitely has its shortcomings. Both the fries and the burger are both extremely salty. The fries especially; they're greasy as hell too. I couldn't even eat them. The burger was good quality meat, cooked well, but seasoned unevenly. Also the way they constructed the burger annoy me. If you're not going to serve lettuce/tomato/pickle/onion on the side (open-faced style) then put the condiments on correctly so I don't have to take my burger apart and reassemble.

Not saying FC is the greatest burgers in the world at all. I'd rather make my own as well. Or go to riverside/masons.

They both make a decent burger. Pick one, get out the house and decide for yourself. If you depend on this place you will eat your own boxers.

I recently had both. I'd say Fat Cow had a slightly better burger, but at the end of the day it's just a burger. Nothing too fancy about either one. In the end my vote goes to BurgerSmith as their beer selection is better than Fat Cow's.

I really liked burgersmith. Good bun, quality toppings. Just be sure to tell them how you want your burger cooked if you prefer anything under well done. The default is well-done there, which is a shame, I think, but understandable.

I think both are good, not great. Like the Fat Cow burger a bit better. Like the Burgersmith fries much better.

burgersmith..... but make sure you ask for extra smithsauce. The one in lafayette is much better for some reason however. get their butter and garlic fries, they are real good.
